Sharing and Collaboration

Somara makes it easy to collaborate with your team on AI-powered work.

Sharing Assistants

When you create an assistant, it's available to your entire organization:

  • All members can use the assistant
  • Editors and Admins can modify it
  • Only the creator can delete it (or Admins)

Collaborative Spaces

Spaces are the primary collaboration hub:

  • Add shared context that benefits all users
  • Upload documents for team-wide RAG access
  • Start chats that others can view
  • Organize work by project or team

Sharing Chats

  1. Open the chat you want to share
  2. Click the Share icon
  3. Toggle Share with organization
  4. Team members can now find it in shared chats
